Once we have received cleared funds from yourself (the customer) we will despatch either your Sim Card or your PAC code via special/recorded delivery at no extra charge.

Can I have my Numbers Direct™ number on PAYG (Pay as you Go)?

Of course you can. Numbers Direct™ numbers can be easily transferred on to any PAYG sim card, simply advise us of your preferred network and we will transfer your number accordingly and free of charge.

Can I use my Numbers Direct™ number on a Pay Monthly contract?

You certainly can. Numbers Direct™ numbers can be used on any UK mobile phone network whether on a ‘pay monthly’ contract or as above on a ‘pay as you go’ Sim Card.

Can I simply replace my existing Pay Monthly number with one of your brilliant Mobile Numbers Direct?

Most Networks will allow you to replace your current number with a Numbers Direct™ number however we recommend that you speak to your individual network prior to purchase as some networks may require you to ‘buy out’ your current contract before they will attach your new Numbers Direct™ number.

Can I keep my Numbers Direct™ Number even if I change networks in the future?

Numbers Direct™ are forever… You have the right to take your number with you when you move from one Network to another. This is commonly known as ‘porting’ and usually takes five working days. To ‘port’ your Numbers Direct™ number you will need a PAC code from your current Service Provider.
